Ruedi Shores - Financial Reports 03-31-24.pdf 2023 Note: In January of 2023, Silver Mountain Properties mistakenly transferred $22,000 from the operating account to the HOA escrow account. We discovered this after 3/30/2023 and made the correction. Meanwhile, the Q1 financials show a precarious operating account balance due to the mistaken transfer. In addition, we now include all the financial transactions from the operating account for full transparency.
